By booking with Ofenamra Grand Travel Tours Norway ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all bookings, website use, and interactions with our company.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure
• Bookings within 60 days of departure require full payment
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

3. Cancellations and Changes

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates
• Any required visas or travel documents
• Adequate travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and repatriation
• Disclosure of any medical conditions affecting participation
• Compliance with local laws and customs

5. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. If significant changes are necessary, we will provide alternatives or refunds for affected portions.

6. Liability Limitations

Ofenamra Grand Travel Tours Norway acts as an agent for various independent suppliers. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• The cost of the tour services not provided

We are not liable for events beyond our control, acts of third parties, or traveler negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
